I had the most incredible experience at this hotel. Not only did they go above and beyond to help me find my lost ID card, but the ironing facilities were top-notch and extremely convenient. the tea and coffee facilities in the room were a delightful touch, and the comfortable sitting area and dining table made me feel right at home. the free toiletries provided were of high quality, and having access to a washing machine and dryer was a huge bonus. the fully equipped kitchen with cookware and utensils, along with the electric kettle, made preparing meals a breeze. the flat-screen TV and plush carpeted floors added a touch of luxury to the room. the hotel's convenient location near various cafes and restaurants made exploring the area a delight. I cannot recommend this hotel enough for its exceptional amenities and outstanding service.
